Universidad Nacional: Una nueva mirada en la mediación pedagógica al 46 en los educandos. Implementadas en contextos diarios, el docente utilizará las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) como herramientas tecnológicas que influyen en el contexto de enseñanza-aprendizaje, buscando crear ambientes innovadores y participativos en contextos que estimulen la construcción de un conocimiento independiente. Las TIC simbolizan modernos métodos de expresión y emergentes métodos de participación y aprendizaje. Son la estructura de un nuevo significado de alfabetización tecnológica, en donde se presentan como metas formar un innovador y contributivo entorno de enseñanza. El manejo de las TIC, asociado a otras innovaciones pedagógicas, admiten optimizar el contexto de enseñanza-aprendizaje, fortificando la eficacia del marco educativo. De la misma forma, las instituciones de educación deben establecer múltiples maneras de unificación de las TIC en las técnicas de aprendizaje, buscando que su incorporación posea un objetivo fundamentalmente pedagógico, de soporte de las capacidades, habilidades y destrezas de los educandos. Abstract The multiple options of having access to the vast quantity of information in real time can make professors change their traditional activities, thus; multiplying knowledge and redirecting efforts in the significant learning, which means that education is directed to liberate learning processes with the only purpose to guide students to the conformation of their own knowledge from skills and abilities that can be developed with the help of a group of available technological resources. Consequently, some learning environments are being generated and applied to modern technologies into the context of education and that collaborates in the process of learning considering different methods, techniques and approaches and with the objective to encourage a characterized learning for students. In the same way, it can be implemented to the daily context; establishing that professors can make good use of Communication and Information Technologies (TICs), as a tool that can be a great influencer into the learning and teaching context, and creating more innovating classes with a full participation of students for instance generating independent knowledge. TICs can be a symbol of modern methods of expression, and the newest methods of participation and learning, and they are the structure of a modern meaning of technological alphabetization whose goal is to create a summary of contributions and innovating ideas to education. The use of TICs associated to other pedagogical innovations admits the optimization of the teaching and learning process, giving a strong emphasis to the education system. As a matter of fact, Is the homework of Education Institutions to establish different manners of unification of technologies into every process, in order to reach the best results and objectives like support to the benefits, capacities, abilities and skills of students.
